Terms and conditions 

SEA ADVENTURE TRIPS is ONLY tour service provider. It does not operate tour of it is on own. It provides a comprehensive choice of tours, different departure times and prices to customers through its online travel portal.
• After reaching the destination for activity no changes can be done in the activity.

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide a feasible alternative. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Refunds will be allocated in your BANK ACCOUNT by google pay or NEFT
• If wants to cancel the activity due to any reason then inform at least 48hrs prior Only in such case full refunds will be initiated. Rescheduling can be done 48hrs prior with 20% of the total amount. Rescheduling can be done 24hrs prior with 50% of the total amount.

• All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
• Due to Pandemic lockdowns or impact the activities if gets cancelled a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Refunds will be allocated in your BANK ACCOUNT
• In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID /phone number provided by the user etc., a ticket will be considered “booked” as long as the ticket shows up on the confirmation page 

Refund policy 

• Full refund in case of cancellations done well in advance which is more than a week time on full booking amount.
  • 10% payments will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within the week of departure/tour date on the full booking amount.
  • 25% payments will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within 3 days of departure/tour date on full booking amount.
  • 50% payments will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled departure/tour date on full booking amount.
  • 100% payments will be deducted if the tour is cancelled on the same day of departure/tour date on the full booking amount.
  • The advance amount paid towards booking is not refundable in case of cancellation under any circumstances.
